De Dietrich Process Systems includes three main subdivisions with different specializations.
De Dietrich GL
was founded in France in 1684 and became the world leader in the field of manufacturing enameled equipment for pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The quality of De Dietrich enamel is the unquestionable world standard.
De Dietrich products include
a wide range of enameled reactors with volumes ranging from 6 L to 100 m3 with standard jackets or half coils, OptiMix® reactors with improved mass and heat transfer, storage and receiving vessels, columns, drying stirrers. Dietrich also produces and delivers a full set of tools, fittings and spare parts. Apart from that, De Dietrich conducts training seminars and carries out on-site repairs and maintenance of equipment.
Rosenmund
Founded in 1810 in Liestal, Switzerland, is the recognized leader in the field of development, creation, engineering, installation and maintenance of filtration systems, mixing and drying equipment for pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Rosemund has created the first combined filter dryer and has since been an active driving force in development of this technology. In 1999 Rosemund merged with De Dietrich Process Systems.
Rosenmund offers
steel and enameled filtering and drying plants that meet the requirements of GMP and FDA, including those for corrosive and sterile products. Based on the client’s needs, the company offers designs most suited for the requirements of the filtration process.
QVF (Germany)
Was founded in 1955 as a subsidiary to Quickfit and Quartz, Ltd. and James A. Jobling Company, Ltd. In 1998 QVF was purchased by Schott Engineering, as a result, the merging of two companies and their production lines took place. In 2000 QVF became a part of De Dietrich. QVF is one of the leaders in a technology of manufacturing glass chemical units, which has production site in Germany. QVF is the lead supplier of chemical equipment and systems made from borosilicate glass and their components.
