Juchheim Laborgeräte GmbH (Germany) specializes in designing and production of stainless steel reactor units for laboratory and pilot production. This equipment is widely used in scientific research, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries.

Juchheim was founded in 1927

by Karl Kurt Juchheim and has been improving its manufacturing experience for three generations. Products of the company are manufactured on modern equipment using advanced engineering means.

Manufacturing by Custom Designs

One of the key advantages of the company is its flexible approach to each equipment request. Juchheim offers standard reactor plants designed for work under pressure less than 25 bar and in vacuum with 1 to 128 L volume, as well as non-standard custom solutions according to customers’ specifications. Reactor units may contain various types of stirrer drives, stirring elements, stirrer heads, sensors, various elements of binders and automation. It is possible to manufacture systems based on customers’ designs, drawings or descriptions, and to integrate them into existing equipment.

German Quality

Juchheim reactor equipment is certified by the German Technical Inspection Association (TÜV). It is also possible to manufacture equipment according to GMP requirements for the pharmaceutical industry.
